I have experience providing treatment services for adults and adolescents on legal supervision for violent crimes, survivors of abuse/neglect, individuals struggling with addictive and maladaptive behaviors in a variety of areas, and individuals diagnosed with complex mental health concerns, including co-occurring disorders.
My therapeutic modalities include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Gestalt Therapy.
At the start of treatment, my main focus is establishing a healthy therapeutic rapport where the client is allowed to be themselves and work towards goals at their own pace. Unfortunately, change doesn’t happen overnight but I’m committed to helping people get on the path to living a healthy and safe lifestyle.

I completed my Master of Social Work degree in 2014 at New York University with a focus on Behavioral Health. After working with at-risk youth and their families in child preventative services and at a women’s homeless shelter for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, I took off to travel the world. During a combined 4 years abroad, I learned a variety of healing methods and techniques, both practical and spiritual, from various cultures and religions for the purpose of informing my practices.
Today, my goal as a therapist includes partnering with my clients in using solution-focused techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I enjoy providing an authentic approach to therapy by combining these modalities with an array of mindfulness techniques such as visualization, meditation, and hypnotherapy. This combination has the power to help clients of all ages see a change in their neuro-linguistic programming and allows for the opportunity to confront traumas and thinking patterns that directly or indirectly impact them today. I love the idea that mental health can change, improve, and regulate with the proper care, practice, and a diverse set of skills. I am honored to be of service to any client willing to show up with the vulnerability necessary for us to get to work. Now offering morning, and afternoon appointments via telehealth or in-person at the Manchester Care Office. Note: Sessions for minors and families are in-person only.

I earned my Master’s degree in social work from Salem State University in 2021. Over the last 3 years, I have worked with adolescents and adults with histories of complex trauma and mental health diagnoses in a variety of settings. Prior to CARE Counseling, I was working as a home-based family therapist where I spent time supporting adolescents transitioning back into the home setting from institutionalized care. This work involved supporting families in understanding the diagnoses that were impacting them, as well as creating a space during therapy where family members could explore their emotions to work towards reconnection in the home environment.
In my experience, people are the experts of themselves, so I try to focus on supporting people in identifying their own therapeutic goals so that our work and your progress are centered around what is most important to you. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important for your success in therapy and I create a judgment free space to support that relationship. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you along this journey!

When working with a person, my highest priority is creating a safe, comfortable, trusting environment where one feels seen and heard as they go through this healing journey.
I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2018) and most of my experience is working with those who have extensive trauma, in multiple settings. I have learned a lot from each person that I’ve worked with, including how resilient humans are. Each individual’s experience or timeline is unique, making it important to be creative and think outside of the box with therapeutic treatment.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and meet them where they are at. I am determined to help a person have success with reaching their therapeutic goals and strive towards a life they envision.
I look forward starting this healing journey with you!

I spent years working for nonprofits in program development in many of the major cities across the US, until I realized that my true passion was to work in mental health. I sought out an advanced degree that would allow me to understand a person holistically and how their upbringing, life experiences, social and physical environment, and available resources affect their mental well-being. I graduated with my master’s in social work in 2022 from the University of New Hampshire. Through my schooling and post-graduate work I have gained experience working in addiction recovery, at in-patient and partial outpatient programs, and in the school setting, as well as in private practice.
I greatly enjoy working with clients to figure out what is driving problematic symptoms and to help them build strength within themselves. I primarily use EMDR in addition to other evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational interviewing. I work to build connections with clients using a non-judgemental, empathetic and strength-based approach. I truly believe every single person has intrinsic value and an ability to heal themselves. I am curious about people and love to hear each unique life story. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults to help them reach their mental health goals and feel better!
