I offer 1-hour EMDR sessions as well as EMDR intensive sessions, which are blocks of 2-4 hours.
I believe in connecting with my clients and providing EMDR that is catered to each individual. In addition to using traditional EMDR, I’m constantly challenging myself and learning to incorporate new and unique methods into EMDR, such as by using music, video games, and brain teasers. My hope is that EMDR can be a productive, challenging, engaging, and unique way of working through trauma.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and I earned my M.A. from Lesley University. I have been working as a full-time mental health counselor since 2019, and I have worked with clients of all ages along the way. In addition to offering EMDR therapy, I am also a registered dance/movement therapist and love to explore mind-body connections and somatic symptoms with clients on their path to healing. My therapeutic toolbox also includes CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and expressive arts therapies.
