Rachel Rainha, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, effectively leads the Haverhill and Nashua teams. A Northeastern University alumnus, she earned an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2010. Rachel’s expansive career primarily encompasses work with children and families across various care levels, with a specialty in addressing environmental and systemic trauma. Over the last five years, she has successfully transitioned her skills to an outpatient setting, treating both children and adults. Rachel strongly advocates a holistic, whole-body approach to mental health treatment and support, leveraging EMDR therapy as a critical therapeutic tool. Her unwavering passion lies in empowering individuals on their healing journey, creating a safe and nurturing environment.
