Christine Lee

Christine, who graduated in Spring 2024 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, is dedicated to helping clients explore and reshape their personal narratives. Aligned with CARE Counseling’s mission of fostering life-changing mental health experiences, Christine takes a holistic approach to therapy, guiding clients to unpack and understand their stories, empowering them to build new, hopeful paths forward.

With a focus on racial trauma, Christine brings expertise in addressing the impacts of systemic issues, including racism and spiritual abuse, specifically clergy sexual abuse. Recognizing that trauma is not always an individual experience but can stem from larger systems, Christine believes that while we may not always change the systems around us, we can cultivate resilience and thrive within them. Christine is passionate about supporting clients in developing the strength and tools needed to feel truly empowered in their mental health journey.
