Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the estimate?
Very: we ask your insurance company directly, in real time, using the same electronic check we run before your first appointment. Your plan reports its own copay, coinsurance, and remaining deductible. It's still an estimate, not a guarantee, because some plan details (like visit limits or employer carve-outs) only surface when a claim is processed.
What if I do not see my insurance?
Contact us anyway. Plans change, and we add payers regularly. If we're out of network, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, or you can use our private-pay rate.
Do you offer private pay?
Yes. If you prefer not to use insurance, or your plan is not accepted, you can pay out of pocket. Call us for current session rates.
Can I use telehealth with insurance?
In most cases, yes: the plans we accept cover secure video sessions the same way they cover office visits. Your real-time check applies to both.
