In Franklin's Own Words

Hi, I’m Franklin. I believe therapy is about more than simply managing symptoms—it’s about understanding where they come from and working through the experiences that continue to impact how you feel, think, and relate to others today.

I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and difficulties related to past or present relationships. My approach is trauma-informed and individualized, with a particular focus on EMDR therapy. Together, we can identify patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Working with me is collaborative, supportive, and straightforward. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you explore what may be underneath the surface. You won’t be expected to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, build the tools you need along the way, and when you’re ready, address the root causes of what brought you to therapy.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel heard without judgment, and can do the deeper work needed to move forward with greater confidence, understanding, and freedom from the past.
