I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. I strive to create a compassionate, open, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
Using a Person-Centered approach, I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to help them better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and use EMDR to help process difficult experiences and the beliefs that may continue to impact life in the present.
I have experience working with individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder (BPD), and I value getting to know each person beyond a diagnosis. My goal is to walk alongside you through the difficult moments while also recognizing your strengths, growth, and resilience. Therapy can hold space for both the hard days and the moments of laughter, connection, and discovery.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to meet you there and support you as you work toward becoming more fully yourself.
