I am currently pursuing dual master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Addictions Treatment, as well as Marriage and Family Therapy, with a concentration in Play Therapy. I anticipate graduating in 2027 and am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and respect. My background has given me the opportunity to work with people across the lifespan. I have spent more than 20 years working with children in a variety of settings, including as a school wellness teacher, where I helped students develop social-emotional skills, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. I also have experience as a caregiver for older adults, which has deepened my appreciation for the unique strengths and needs that come with every stage of life. As both an Air Force veteran and the daughter of an Air Force veteran, I understand the unique experiences, transitions, and challenges that can come with military life. My military background has also given me the opportunity to work alongside first responders, fostering a deep respect for the dedication, resilience, and sacrifices these professionals make in service to others. I value creating a welcoming, supportive space where military members, veterans, first responders, and their families feel understood, respected, and supported as they navigate both personal and professional challenges. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, life transitions, family or relationship concerns, addiction and recovery, or simply seeking personal growth, I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and meaningful change can occur. I believe that strong therapeutic relationships are built on trust, authenticity, and genuine connection, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths and work toward the life they envision.
