Shannon Nickerson

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Clinical Supervisor of CARE Counseling’s Manchester office. I am passionate about meeting clients wherever they are—supporting them through some of life’s most difficult moments and celebrating alongside them as they rediscover hope, confidence, and joy.

My approach focuses on looking beyond symptoms to understand the root of what a person is experiencing. I believe that with the right support, insight, and tools, meaningful healing is possible and clients can move beyond simply getting through life to truly enjoying it.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I am equally passionate about supporting the next generation of therapists. I value helping clinicians develop their confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and grow into thoughtful, compassionate therapists who can make a lasting difference in the lives of their clients.
