I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and exploring what they’re going through.
I focus on understanding and addressing the core problems that contribute to symptoms while also helping clients build practical tools for symptom management in everyday life.
I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR techniques, to help clients process difficult experiences, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional health and overall well-being.
