Deeply compassionate and committed, she helps ensure our clinicians stay inspired, supported, and connected to the life-changing impact of their work. Through her leadership, Shannon fosters a culture where therapists can thrive—and where every client who walks through our doors receives care that is focused, meaningful, and truly transformational.
